Florence City Guide Tour

Meet your guide 10 minutes before the start time at the designated meeting point, which will be provided upon booking. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable water bottle. Tours are conducted in English unless otherwise specified.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior will incur a 50% charge. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-shows.

The tour runs rain or shine. In case of light rain, we recommend bringing a small umbrella or waterproof jacket. In the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g., storms or flooding), the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.
